The Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy (IATP) and the Center for Food Safety (CFS) submit this Abbreviated New Animal Drug Application (ANADA) pursuant to 21 C.F.R. § 514. Specifically, it seeks U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) approval pursuant to 21 C.F.R. § 514.106(b)(2) as a Category II supplemental application seeking to change the tolerance for drug residues and to change the analytical methods for drug residues for all NADAs and ANADAs  for products containing Carbarsone.
