The World Development Movement say developing countries won an important victory on three of the Singapore Issues but warn that they will be forced to open up their economies to imports of manufactured goods under NAMA. They argue the deal puts pressure on developing countries to make commitments in their services sectors without making any concrete commitments on special and differential treatment or the need to address the collapsing price of commodities.
