From farmers markets and food cooperatives, to community gardens and urban farms, to locally sourced restaurants and cafès, Minneapolis has a vibrant (and growing!) local food scene. This summer, tap into that excitement by being part of Bike and Bite, a local food-centered community bike event being held in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy (IATP). It's a great opportunity to connect with folks who are excited about local, sustainable food.
