The United Farmer & Rancher Congress was sponsored by Farm Aid and convened in Saint Louis, Missouri from September 11-13, 1986. Approximately 2,000 farmers and ranchers attended the event to find solutions to the crisis in rural America, The three documents below detail the event. 

1- "A Report on the United Farmer & Rancher Congress" contains some of the Delegate-Approved Resolutions.

2- "Strengthening the Spirit of America" describes the farm crisis and it's legacy, the farm bill and solutions.

3- The complete list of Delegate-Approved Resolutions, many of which were not included in "A Report on the United Farmer & Rancher Congress".
