The new report by the U.N. Advisory Group on Climate Change Finance (AGF) was released ahead of the Cancun global climate talks. The report covers a number of public and private options to raise money to help developing countries adapt to climate change.and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The report stresses carbon markets and private finance options such as the multilateral development banks as a means for raising the needed funding.
